When you need to repair the product, please contact the business or store customer service at the first time. 1. Within the warranty period:
Please contact the store you purchased directly for handling. In general, you can return or replace the goods within 7 days from the date of signing in (without affecting the secondary sales) without any reason. If quality problems occur within 15 days after receiving the goods, the return freight will be borne by the store. If quality problems occur 15 days after receiving the goods and within the warranty period, the freight shall be borne by half respectively. If the goods are returned or replaced due to non quality problems, the buyer shall bear the round-trip freight. For details, please consult the customer service of the purchase shop.
2. Out of shelf life:
You can contact our customer service and send it back to our factory for maintenance. The round-trip freight needs to be borne by you. If the flashlight needs to be replaced with large parts (wick, circuit board, switch, cylinder, etc.), we will charge the cost, but not the small parts.
3. Maintenance freight and expense
Our shipping fee: 8 yuan in the province, 10 yuan outside the province, 13 yuan in remote areas. The price of parts plus freight is the cost of maintenance.
